Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Manage email communication and follow-ups
Prepare reports, MIS data, and documentation
Assist in data entry, verification, and report generation
Provide support to the team in backend operations
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic computer literacy and typing skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
