Position: Back Office Executive – Collection Department
Location: Corporate Office, Sec - 38 Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer outstanding and payment records in the system

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports (MIS)

  • Coordinate between the Collection Team and Collection Head for smooth operations

  • Follow up with the collection team for payment status and updates

  • Verify payment details and update receipts in the system

  • Assist in resolving discrepancies in customer accounts

  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all collection activities

  • Support in planning and monitoring collection targets

  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry

Required Skills:

  • Good coordination and communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Basic understanding of accounts/collections
