We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive (RTO) to manage documentation and compliance related to vehicle registration, insurance, formalities. The role involves coordinating with the RTO office, maintaining records, and ensuring timely processing of vehicle-related documents.
Prepare and submit documents for vehicle registration, ownership transfer, road tax, fetc.
Handle RTO-related documentation for new vehicles, used vehicles, and fleet operations.
Coordinate with dealers, agents, and RTO officers for smooth processing.
Maintain digital and physical records of all RTO submissions and approvals.
Track the status of applications and follow up with relevant authorities.
Ensure timely renewal of insurance, fitness, and permits.
Maintain compliance with applicable motor vehicle laws and regulations.
Assist with internal audits and reporting.
Resolve issues related to RTO rejections or delays.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in back office operations (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to coordinate with external and internal stakeholders.
