The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices accurately and timely.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all sales-related transactions.
Coordinate with the sales team to gather required information for document preparation.
Handle on-call coordination with clients for order confirmation, follow-ups, and clarifications.
Ensure all documents are aligned with company policies and pricing guidelines.
Track order status and update clients and internal teams accordingly.
Assist in maintaining databases, reports, and MIS related to sales documentation.
Support internal departments such as accounts, logistics, and operations for smooth workflow.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
