Back Office Executive

We are looking for a DEBT Resolution executive to join our team PAMAC Finserve Pvt ltd . The role involves candidate take up coordination with prospects and client as debt resolution executive . With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a upto 35 k salary which includes incentives .

Key Responsibilities:-

• Day to Day lead follow up and reporting

• Candidate has to act as coordinator between the prospects and client

• Leads will be provided by clients for conversion which has to be completed by candidates .

• Client acquisition based on targeted leads

• Collecting monthly retainer fees from clients as per agreed timeline

• Work with senior advocates to prevent client harassment

• Work with senior advocates to ensure quick settlement

• Negotiation with bank officials and recovery agencies

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
