Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, coordination, and smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records, reports, and databases
Handle data entry and documentation work
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups
Prepare MIS reports and daily status reports
Support HR / Accounts / Sales backend work (as required)
Handle filing, scanning, and document verification
Assist in order processing and inventory records (if applicable)
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of office management procedures
