Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, coordination, and smooth backend operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records, reports, and databases

  • Handle data entry and documentation work

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

  • Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups

  • Prepare MIS reports and daily status reports

  • Support HR / Accounts / Sales backend work (as required)

  • Handle filing, scanning, and document verification

  • Assist in order processing and inventory records (if applicable)


Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures
