Safari Adventure Park is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Back Office Executive to support our training programs, adventure activities, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inquiries, bookings, and client follow-ups
Prepare quotations, invoices, and program details
Maintain participant records and database
Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and school/corporate clients
Handle emails, calls, and documentation
Support accounts and payment tracking
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced training and event environment
Prior experience in back office/admin preferred
