Back Office Executive

Coordinate with the Sales team to arrange site visits for prospective clients, including pickup and drop services.

● Managerelationships with multiple transport vendors (cab services, bus operators) to ensure reliable service.

● Schedule and organize transportation for client groups during mass site visit events.

● Handle last-minute travel requests and provide alternative solutions during peak times.

● Track and maintain records of all travel arrangements, including client pickup/drop details and costs.

● Ensure all vehicles arranged are well-maintained, clean, and appropriate for client transportation.

● Monitor driver behavior and vehicle quality to maintain service standards.

● Coordinate with the accounts department for travel-related payments and reimbursements.

● Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.

● Arrange staff transportation for corporate events and team outings
