Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in applying for rooftop solar loans.
Explain loan schemes, EMI options, interest rates, subsidies, and financing plans.
Collect and verify KYC, income, property, and business documents.
Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.
Track loan application status and provide regular updates to customers.
Resolve customer queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, and repayment.
Maintain accurate loan records, CRM updates, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with the Sales, Installation, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure all loan documents comply with company and bank policies.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan completion.
Build and maintain good relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
Support customers in understanding government subsidy and financing options for solar projects.
