Olsocials Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Work From Home Backend Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to manage client communication effectively.
This is an immediate hiring requirement with training and support provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle emailing, WhatsApp messaging, and client follow-ups.
Manage backend operations and daily communication tasks.
Maintain and update client data accurately.
Coordinate with clients professionally via calls or messages.
Assist in foreign job application and podcast communication work as assigned.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (English Medium Required)
Basic Computer and Internet Knowledge is a must.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Gmail, and WhatsApp communication.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be consistent and responsible in completing daily tasks.
