Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, or online channels.

• Present and promote company products/services to new and existing clients.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Keep records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.

• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence, persuasion, and presentation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).

• Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
