Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
Overseeing day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
· Coordination:
Working with various teams (housekeeping, security, and maintenance, vendors) to ensure smooth operations.
· Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, health standards, and environmental guidelines.
· Budget Management:
Assisting in creating and managing budgets for facility operations.
· Vendor Management:
Negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
· Communication:
Serving as a point of contact for clients, tenants, and staff, addressing concerns and providing information.
· Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining records, generating reports, and performing other administrative duties.
· Incident Management:
Handling security incidents, emergency procedures, and ensuring a safe workplace.
· Maintenance:
Overseeing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems and equipment.
· Staff Management:
Supervising and training housekeeping and security personnel

1 Handling Nocs related work
2. Preparation of letters, defaulter letter
Meeting & Correspondence-
1. Meeting with Committee
2. Reporting on weekly work completed and pending work (with reasons)
3. Signing documents, Nocs, letters, etc.
4. Receiving instructions from board member for the upcoming week task
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification-Graduation and Experience Range-0yrs to 4 yrs The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
