Back End Executive - Last Mile Operations

We're looking for a Back End Executive to manage and optimize our last mile operations. As a Back End Executive, you'll oversee the final leg of our logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate with delivery partners and vendors

- Monitor and optimize last mile operations, including routing and scheduling

- Analyze data to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

- Provide real-time updates to customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in logistics or operations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

- Experience with logistics software and technology

- Knowledge of last mile operations and delivery management

- Certification in logistics or supply chain management
