Back Office Executive

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Data Entry & Typing Executives. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data while meeting quality and productivity standards. This position is ideal for candidates with good typing skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or company software.

Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Organize and manage digital records and files.

Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Communicate with supervisors regarding task updates and issues.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet usage.

Good typing speed with high accuracy.

Strong attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Age selected between 18-30years

Experience:-we need freshers .

Preferred Skills:

Experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage but not mandatory.

Basic English communication skills.

Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
