Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Loation: Opposite Vendor Market, Kutchery Road, Ranchi.

Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive plays a key role in supporting sales and operational functions, maintaining documentation, handling tele calling duties for lead follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role combines administrative work, Inventory & Property Data Management, office management tasks (as required) tele calling, and coordination, with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

1.      Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA in Finance) Strong foundation in basic accounting, administration, or computer applications.

2. Minimum 6 months of experience in a back-office, admin, or MIS role (real estate sector experience is a plus.

3.  Willingness to work from office full time

4. Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling data

5. Time management and multitasking ability

6. Should have:-

·         Valid Aadhar Card

·         PAN Card

·         Bank Account in own name

Work Timings:

10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (6 days a week, Sunday off or as per company policy)
