Job Description

Position: Back Office

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in back-office/administrative roles .

Salary: Rs. 25000 to Rs. 35000 PM

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Job Location: Bareja, Ahmedabad

Gender: Male


Job Descriptions:

Manage and maintain company databases, records, and files.

  • Handle data entry, updating, and verification tasks accurately.

  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.

  • Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS (Management Information System) data.

  • Support HR, accounts, logistics, and purchase departments with administrative requirements.

  • Manage emails, correspondence, and follow-up on pending tasks.

  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and client data.

  • Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 2-5 years of experience in back-office/administrative roles .

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication.
