Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring motivated and detail-oriented candidates for multiple positions including Accounts, Back Office, Lab Assistant, and Executive Assistant roles. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • ACCOUNTS

    Maintaining Financial records in Tally 7, Tally Erp, and Tally Prime Filling GSTR 1, GSTR 3b and Income tax

  • BACK OFFICE

    Manage documentation and data processing.

    To generate business mainly from Europe, send enquires, prepare quotations, reply complaints    

  • LAB ASSISTANT

    Maintain lab records and documentation.

    BSC Physics

  • EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.

    0 to 2 years of experience.

    Good communication and organizational skills.

    Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, Tally ERP).

    Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai

    Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week
