What You’ll Do:

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data for smooth operations 

- Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve them quickly 

- Organize and manage digital & physical records efficiently 

- Provide administrative support to different departments 

- Prepare and share reports with internal teams 

- Maintain 100% confidentiality of sensitive information 

What We’re Looking For:

- Any Graduate (2023/2024/2025 batch welcome) 

- 0–2 years of experience (prior back-office/data entry experience is a plus) 

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 

- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) 

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 

- Strong communication skills (English + local language)
