Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Backend Operations Executive to support day-to-day backend processes. The role involves data handling, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Handle backend operational tasks and daily process execution • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in internal systems

• Verify documents and ensure compliance with company standards

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, finance, etc.)

• Prepare reports, MIS, and basic operational summaries

• Monitor process flow and flag discrepancies or issues • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times Required

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, etc.) • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a team and follow processes

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
