Job Title: Office Executive
Office Timings - 10am-6.30pm / 10.30am - 7pm
2nd & 4th Saturday off
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage dispatch of samples to clients and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate regularly with the Head Office for updates, reporting, and operational alignment
• Act as a Sales Coordinator, supporting the sales team with documentation and follow-ups
• Handle payment follow-ups with clients and maintain records of receivables
• Track orders from placement to delivery and ensure proper status updates
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, orders, and client communication
• Assist in preparing reports and MIS as required
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
