Back Office Executive – Mutual Fund & Trading (Hiring: 3 positions)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a related profile

Work Location: On-site (Office-based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process transactions related to mutual funds, trading, and account handling

• Manage day-to-day operations, data entries, and reporting

• Ensure accurate client KYC, documentation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines

• Maintain and update client portfolios on internal systems

• Coordinate with advisors, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless execution

• Support internal audits and follow operational SOPs
  

Required Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in financial back office or operations (mutual fund/trading preferred)

• Good command over Excel, Tally, and basic computer systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work with confidential data responsibly

• Knowledge of mutual fund platforms (BSE Star, NSE NMF, etc.) is a plus
