Job Summary
The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative, data management, and operational support to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports, managing emails, and performing data analysis using MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Draft and respond to professional emails and internal communications.
Perform data entry, verification, and data accuracy checks.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and organize data.
Maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Support administrative and operational tasks as required.
Handle confidential information securely and professionally.
Assist management with reporting, presentations, and documentation.
