experiance - fresher to 3 years

• Provide back-office support to the export sales team.
• Coordinate with international customers for documentation, dispatches, and order updates.
• Maintain export orders and records in CRM and MIS reports.
• Arrange and track product sample dispatches to customers.
• Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents) and freight forwarders for shipment clearance.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing for all export-related processes.
• Generate reports related to export orders, shipments, and customer feedback
