Role -
1. Researching and identifying new business opportunities through tender portals, websites, and industry sources.
2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to prepare tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.
3. Reviewing and ensuring compliance with tender requirements, specifications, and regulations.
4. Developing and writing tender proposals, including executive summaries, company overviews, and technical descriptions.
5. Managing and tracking tender submissions, including deadlines, timelines, and follow-up communications.
6. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and technical teams, to gather information and inputs.
7. Conducting market research and analyzing competitors to inform tender strategies.
8. Ensuring accurate and timely submission of tenders, including electronic submissions.
9. Maintaining a tender database and tracking tender status, outcomes, and feedback.
10. Continuously improving tender processes, templates, and content to enhance win rates and competitiveness.
11. Back office operations like preparation of quotations, follow-up with vendors for quotations, process purchase order, Tax invoices and following for material delivery etc
