Job Title: Legal & Revenue Executive / Supervisor – Petrol Pump Setup Project
Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate to handle all legal, revenue, and government approval work related to the setup of a petrol pump.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Revenue Department, Collector Office, Mamlatdar Office, Talati, City Survey Office, and other government authorities.
• Handle land documentation, title verification, 7/12 records, mutation entries, property card, and ownership records.
• Follow up for NA (Non-Agricultural) permission, NOC approvals, and land conversion processes.
• Manage lease deed, sub-lease deed, registration work, stamp duty, and related legal documentation.
• Coordinate with IOCL/BPCL/HPCL officials for required documents and approvals.
• Follow up for PESO license, District Magistrate NOC, fire NOC, and other statutory permissions.
• Maintain complete project files, agreements, approvals, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with advocates, consultants, surveyors, contractors, and government departments.
• Visit government offices and project sites as required.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of land revenue records and legal documentation.
• Understanding of petrol pump approval procedures preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online government portals).
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. Legal/revenue background preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on knowledge and experience).
Location: As per company/project requirement.
