Back Office Executive Required
A male or female candidate is required for a back-office position.
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
● Graduate or suitably qualified candidate.
● 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
● Experience in insurance, RTO-related work, automobile dealership back-office operations, or similar fields preferred.
● Good knowledge of cash book maintenance, daily accounts and documentation.
● Ability to maintain records of vehicle sales, insurance, RTO, payments, receipts and customer documentation.
● Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel and basic accounting/data-entry work.
● Should be organised, responsible and capable of independently maintaining day-to-day back-office records.
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintaining daily cash book and transaction records.
● Handling insurance and RTO documentation.
● Maintaining customer and vehicle-related files.
● Recording receipts, payments and expenses.
● Coordinating with sales, customers, RTO/insurance agencies and finance companies.
● Maintaining accurate daily reports and supporting dealership administration.
