We encompass the curriculum-mapped educational content for students of classes from Kindergarten to Class VIII. Designation: Back Office- Data Entry Operator. Job Location: Ahmedabad,Gujarat. Skill :Should have interpersonal skills and communicating power -Good in English & Hindi (written and verbal) -Should be good at Computer (command on MS office), Google search and possess email etiquettes. Job Description: 1. Perform basic admin duties including printing,sending emails, and ordering office supplies. 2. Knowledge of Computer Operating systems and MS Office Software. 3. To resolve all customer complaints and queries. 4. To perform dispatch duties. 5. Ensure timely deliveries for the customers. 6. Maintain Tracking ID’s of various courier services. 7. Undertake data entry work on various platforms. 8. Ability to work as part of a team. 9. Excellent organizational skills. 10. Adapt to changing needs and deadlines and remain calm under pressure
