Process orders generated by the sales team and create shipment manifests using delivery partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc.
Update order information in the system, assign tracking numbers, and monitor the status of shipments until delivery.
Coordinate between delivery executives and customers to ensure parcels are delivered on time.
Proactively resolve delivery issues such as incorrect addresses, unavailable customers, or other challenges to ensure smooth service.
Prevent Return to Origin (RTO) cases by timely follow-ups with customers and offering alternate solutions to ensure successful deliveries.
Track and report shipment delays, address discrepancies, and damaged parcels, escalating issues to relevant teams as required.
Support the optimization of dispatch and delivery processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
