Back-Office Operations (Approx. 75%) o Prepare, maintain, and process loan documentation and client files o Handle data entry, document verification, and records management o Coordinate internally for smooth documentation flow and application tracking o Maintain confidentiality and Page 3 accuracy in all administrative work
Client Handling & Support (Office Based Only) o Communicate with existing clients for document requirements, updates, and queries o Provide solutions to client issues related to their loan process o Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through regular follow-ups o Facilitate new client collaboration and on boarding from office premises only—no field visits required
External Coordination (Approx. 25%) o Submit documents to banks and financial institutions as needed o Follow up with external parties for document clearance and verification.
