Job Description

We are seeking an ( Immediate Joiner) Experienced Tender Executive professional to lead our End-to-End Tendering lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting high-stakes bids on the GEM, NBCC, MES, CPWD and CPPP portals while ensuring 100% Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the full lifecycle of Government Tendering, including RFI/RFP/RFQ Handling, portal registration, and Tender Tracking.

Bid Preparation: Compile comprehensive Technical, Financial, and Commercial Bids. Ensure all Tender Documentation is error-free and compliant.

Portal Expertise: Demonstrate Strong Knowledge of Tender Portals, specifically the GeM Portal and CPPP, including product uploading and Reverse Auctions.

Commercials & Contracts: Manage BOQ preparation, participate in Commercial Negotiation, and oversee post-award Contract Management.

Reporting: Maintain rigorous Deadline Management and provide detailed MIS Reporting on bid status and outcomes.
