We are looking for a polite, well-organized, and energetic Back Office Executive cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support administrative/back-office work in our Food & Beverages business. The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customers, vendors, and internal coordination efficiently.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and coordinate responses
Manage daily administrative and back-office tasks
Maintain records of orders, invoices, and reports
Support billing, data entry, and documentation work
Coordinate with kitchen/operations/sales team as required
Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional appearance
Schedule meetings, deliveries, and follow-ups when needed
Education: Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Type: Full time- Permanent
