Back Office Executive

• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and documentation required by management.

• Assist in drafting and verifying agreements, invoices, and other real estate documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, HR, marketing, sales) for smooth workflow.

• Manage data entry, lead allocation, and ensure accuracy of information shared with clients.

• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, etc.

• Track and maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely requisition.

• Support the digital team with uploading property details, project information, and client updates on portals/CRM.

• Ensure confidentiality of company information and compliance with policies.
