Job description:

We seek an experienced Back Office Executive to handle day-to-day operations and ensure smooth internal processes.

Data entry and record maintenance.
Assisting and coordinating with internal departments.
Managing email communications.
Create Canva design.

Required Candidate profile

Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail, multitasking ability and time management.
Knowledge of Canva is a plus.

Working Time:
Monday to Saturday (11 am to 8 pm)
