Job Title: Mobilizer – DDU-GKY ProjectLocation: Quepem, GoaProject: Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)Company: Inhydro Integrated Hydroponics India Pvt. Ltd.Job Responsibilities:Mobilize rural youth (18–35 years) for DDU-GKY skill training programs.Conduct field visits in villages, panchayats, schools, colleges, and community centers.Coordinate with Panchayats, NGOs, SHGs, and local community leaders.Organize mobilization camps, awareness programs, and counseling sessions.Identify eligible candidates as per DDU-GKY guidelines.Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents.Ensure candidate enrollment and joining into training programs.Prepare daily/weekly mobilization reports and submit to the project team.Eligibility Criteria: fresher's are also welcome Experience in mobilization, NGO, skill development, or government projects preferred.Good communication skills in Konkani / Marathi / Hindi / English. anyWillingness to work in field and travel locally.Experience Required:Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience.Salary & Benefits:Salary as per DDU-GKY norms (Negotiable based on experience).TA/DA as per company policy.Opportunity to work with a reputed Government skill development project.Joining: Immediate
