Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for handling data management, documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update company databases and records accurately

Handle data entry, documentation, and filing work

Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS reports as required

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

Manage emails, correspondence, and internal communication

Verify and process documents, forms, and applications

Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks

Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)

Good typing speed and accuracy

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
