Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, and social media.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate calendars.
Handle travel bookings and office administration.
Manage documentation, data entry, reports, and client communication.
Support invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense records.
Prepare MIS reports using MS Office and Advanced Excel.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot) for drafting emails and reports.
Maintain digital records and trackers.

Who We're Looking For:

Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BCA preferred)
Good communication in English & Hindi (Marathi preferred)
Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Email & Internet
Familiar with social media platforms and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva AI)
Comfortable with travel booking portals and client calls
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
