The Back Office Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining records accurately.
Handle administrative and back-office operations efficiently
Maintain and update databases, records, and files
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
Coordinate with front office, sales, and other departments
Respond to emails and internal queries in a timely manner
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in audits and compliance-related activities
Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
0–3 years of experience in back office or administrative roles
