Job Summary:
A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling the company’s internal operations and administrative tasks. The role includes data management, documentation, reporting, and coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update company records and databases
Perform data entry and documentation work
Prepare reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets
Handle emails and follow-ups
Process invoices, bills, and other documents
Support sales and operations teams
Maintain files and office records
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Basic computer knowledge
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good typing speed
Basic communication skills
