Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Design Technician for Aligners, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of customized orthodontic aligners. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including orthodontists, engineers, and manufacturing specialists, to create aligners that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key responsibilities

1. Digital Modelling:

Utilize advanced CAD software to create precise digital models of patients' teeth based on scans and impressions.

Collaborate with orthodontists to understand treatment plans and incorporate specific adjustments into digital designs.

2. Treatment Planning:

Analyse patient records, including x-rays and impressions, to develop comprehensive treatment plans in alignment with orthodontic principles.

Ensure that treatment plans address specific patient needs and adhere to established guidelines.

3. Quality Control:

Conduct thorough quality control checks on digital models and aligner designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the review process.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including orthodontists, engineers, and production specialists, to communicate design requirements and ensure seamless integration into the production process.

Provide timely updates on project progress and address any design-related challenges that may arise.

5. Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in aligner technology.

Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the design and production of aligners.

Education: -

Graduate freshers are welcome
Good communication skills required.
