Job Title: Back Office Executive


Location: Indore

Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations efficiently and accurately.

  • Maintain and update records, documents, and databases.

  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.

  • Draft professional emails and internal communication.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely task completion.

  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks.

  • Track project updates, schedules, and documentation.

  • Provide support to the management team as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.


Required Skills:

  • MS Word: Document creation, formatting, and editing.

  • Advanced Excel: Data analysis, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, formulas.

  • PowerPoint: Professional presentation design and editing.

  • Email Drafting: Clear, concise, and professional written communication.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication in English.

  • Organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
