Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back-office operations efficiently and accurately.
Maintain and update records, documents, and databases.
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.
Draft professional emails and internal communication.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely task completion.
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
Track project updates, schedules, and documentation.
Provide support to the management team as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Required Skills:
MS Word: Document creation, formatting, and editing.
Advanced Excel: Data analysis, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, formulas.
PowerPoint: Professional presentation design and editing.
Email Drafting: Clear, concise, and professional written communication.
Strong Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication in English.
