Key Responsibilities:

Conduct chemical analysis and quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products

Maintain lab instruments, calibration, and cleanliness of the lab

Develop and test new formulations as per R&D requirements

Prepare test reports and maintain records as per industry standards

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory norms

Coordinate with production and QA teams for process improvements

Manage inventory of lab chemicals and equipment

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply; experience in chemical or construction industry preferred)

Skills:

Basic knowledge of lab instruments and chemical testing procedures

Good documentation and reporting skills

Understanding of lab safety practices

Computer literacy (MS Office, basic software tools)
