Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the insurance and investment team.
Manage data entry, documentation, record keeping, and filing of physical and digital documents.
Handle email correspondence and phone queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Assist in policy servicing, claims processing, renewals, and client documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests and transactions.
Prepare reports, MIS, and maintain operational records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth workflow.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
Support daily back-office operations and process improvements.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Back Office, Administration, Operations, or Insurance Support roles.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Basic understanding of Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Mutual Funds will be preferred
Age up to 30.
