Hiring Criteria for Business Associates –

Ø Qualifications: Graduation in any field /3year diploma after 12th.

Ø Fresher / Experienced candidate in call center/banking/Telecom

Ø Good written communication skills in English

Ø Language -Hindi & English Proficient (Verbal)

Ø Typing Speed -25 -30 words per min

Ø Typing accuracy –85%

Email writing

Total HC to be hired till 20th April 2025 month : 200 Business Associates Shifts :

Female : Day shift : 9 hrs rotational day shift ( slot : 8 am an 8 pm )

Male: 9 hrs Day and night weekly rotational shift ( night allowance will be provided )
