Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and client visits

• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve brand awareness and lead generation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM

• Provide timely feedback and market insights to the management team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office

• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or events

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in international sales or dealing with global clients

• Knowledge of [insert industry-specific knowledge if applicable]

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
