Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Glr Innovations Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Get ₹14000 - ₹16000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines

• Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements

• Ensure timely procurement to avoid operational delays

• Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments

• Verify invoices, GRNs, and delivery challans with Accounts

• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and documentation

• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions as required

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Good knowledge of procurement processes

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and documentation

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
