We are looking for a Back Office Executive. The candidate will handle administrative, documentation, and support tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain data records, files, and documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Assist in coordination between departments and support daily office operations.
Handle email communication, data entry, and follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Support the front office and management team in various administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification:
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.).

Experience: 0–3 years in back office, data entry, or administrative roles preferred.
Salary:
Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
