### 🎯 About the Role

AstroInvite is looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive who can manage internal coordination, data handling, documentation, and operational support. The role requires accuracy, discipline, and strong coordination with multiple departments.

### 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update internal records, reports & databases•

Handle data entry, verification & documentation•

Coordinate with front office, HR, sales & operations teams•

Manage MIS reports & daily operational trackers•

Support billing, invoices & payment follow-ups• (if required)

Handle emails, internal communication & follow-ups•

Ensure process compliance & data accuracy•

Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks•

### ✅ Mandatory Requirements

1 – 3 years of experience in Back Office / Backend Operations•

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Google Sheets•

• Good typing speed with high accuracy

Basic understanding of billing, invoicing & records management•

Ability to work independently and in a team•

Comfortable with on-site work•
