Job Description

Maintain daily assembly production records and reports.
Prepare and update job cards, work orders, and production schedules.
Coordinate with stores for material availability and issue status.
Update ERP/software entries related to assembly production.
Maintain inward and outward documentation of assembly components.
Coordinate with QA/QC department for inspection status updates.
Prepare dispatch-related documents and production summaries.
Track pending assembly jobs and follow up with production teams.
Maintain filing and documentation as per company standards.
Support production planning and inventory tracking activities.
Handle email communication and internal coordination between departments.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.
