Position: Back Office Executive

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹14,500 to ₹19,500 per month

Responsibilities:

Check, scan, and enter customer documents into the system

Update customer details and prepare daily/weekly reports

Coordinate with customers through calls, emails, and messages

Handle file management, document verification, and record maintenance

Support the team with required backend information

Complete all backend office tasks accurately and within deadlines

Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email Handling)

Good typing speed and accuracy

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
