Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and prepare sales invoices/bills accurately and on time.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Receive and process orders from existing customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong business relationships and support their business growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Promote and present new product launches to customers through WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Share product information, promotional materials, and marketing updates with customers regularly.
• Coordinate with customers to increase sales and expand business opportunities.
• Maintain customer records, order details, payment status, and communication history.
• Achieve sales and collection targets as assigned by the company.
• Identify potential customers and support business development activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, orders, and customer requirements.
• Represent Famegrace Formulations professionally and maintain a positive company image in the market.
Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and payment follow-up.
• Ability to handle customer relationships effectively.
